All orders are shipped standard UPS Ground or FedEx Ground with all orders being shipped within 2 business days. Shipment tracking information will be provided by email within 24 hours of shipment.

ARCO Group offers the following Returns Policy: Item(s) may be returned within 30 days. Item must be returned in the original, unused condition with the original packaging. Return shipping will be refunded only if item was damaged when received or if mistakes were made by ARCO Group. Before any returns will be accepted buyer must request a return authorization number. Contact us at info@arcogroup.com for authorization number.

Items returned without an authorization number from ARCO Group will not be accepted.

Returns will not be accepted for Special Orders or Custom Arrows.

All sales are final on items from the "SPECIALS" category. Returns will not be accepted unless item arrives damaged.

A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied to all unwanted or incorrectly ordered items.
